I'm No Electrician, But...

So, here's what I've been up to for the past few days: Actual progress on the workshop!
Let's talk about lighting. There are several schools of thought for workshop lighting, but they all come back to something along the lines of "more lighting is better". I'll add to that that dispersed lighting is better.
Add to that that I try to be thrifty and also like to severely overcomplicate things, I made a decision for my lighting that I hope will pay big dividends down the long road of this workshop's life. I'm using standard LED bulbs. Regular old household bulbs. Nothing fancy. I'd rather do a little bit of work up front and make life easy down the road. When I have a light fail (no big deal, there are 48 of them!) I just pick up a replacement at Lowe's for a few bucks and I'm all set.
I'm learning all about how to wire lights and it's pretty easy. I'm also climbing up and down this ladder a LOT and getting a pretty good workout. Note that there is no ceiling yet, so that makes this part a bit easier. I think that if there had been a ceiling, I may have gone a different route.
It's a lot of work, but I have a vision for the workshop and I need to keep it up.
