This is 50% of the price of Andrew’s coffee cart.   Half to be paid up front, the other half once it’s complete.  
The cart will be made conceptually as depicted in the diagram with artistic and construction variations allowed.   
The entire cart will be made of solid walnut except for some accent pieces and the drawers that will be made with high quality maple plywood for stability and durability.  Drawer slides will be Blum under-mount slides.  
Upon completion, Andrew and Fred will meet at Fred’s parents’ house at 3519 Soffit Place in Woodbridge, VA to transfer the cart.
